AUTOTESTCON 2011 invites your participation as an Exhibitor of Automatic Test Equipment, Test Systems and Systems Readiness Technology at the 2011 conference to be held in Baltimore Maryland’s Inner Harbor.  Sponsored by the IEEE, AUTOTESTCON is a unique annual professional conference which attracts wide participation, both nationally and internationally.

AUTOTESTCON 2011 will provide exhibitors with broad exposure to their primary customers

  • Attendees will include acquisition officials and engineers from throughout the Department of   Defense and across the entire test and diagnostics industry.
  • The conference and exhibits will be located under one roof at the Baltimore Convention Center, located in the heart of the Baltimore Inner Harbor.
  • Exhibit dates are September 13-15, 2011.  Social functions that will be held in the exhibit area as well as the traditional Wednesday Evening Gala Event will provide exhibitors multiple opportunities to engage their customers in both a business and a social setting.
  • Baltimore is centrally located along the northeast corridor and is easily accessible by many aerospace and commercial users of Automatic Test Equipment and test systems.  The Convention Center is only 15 minutes from Baltimore-Washington International Airport and 7 minutes from Penn Station, which provides easy access to Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York City.
  • Across the street from the Convention Center, visitors will find both Oriole Park at Camden Yards and Ravens Stadium.  Surrounding the Convention Center is an array of first class hotels, cultural institutions, restaurants and entertainment venues all within walking distance.  A series of overhead walkways link the Convention Center to Baltimore’s renowned Inner Harbor and the world famous National Aquarium.

AUTOTESTCON 2011 is now accepting exhibitor reservations

  •  Cost of each 10’ x 10’ booth space is US $2,400.  Additional charges may apply if your booth configuration differs from the initial floor layout.  AUTOTESTCON 2011 offers many opportunities to reserve a 4-, 6-, 8-, or 10-booth island.
  • In accordance with AUTOTESTCON policy, no booth reservation can be accepted without payment. The receipt of a 50% deposit (US $1,200) per booth space establishes your reservation.  We prefer a check made out to IEEE AUTOTESTCON 2011, but credit cards will also be accepted.  Paying by check avoids credit card fees and allows us to provide better food and beverage for our exhibitors. If desired, full payment may be made with the reservation. Applications dated after March 31, 2011 require that full payment accompany the completed application.
